1. I have a passion for cooking. It doesn’t matter if it’s baking or cooking or throwing something in the crock pot. What matters is the outcome, delicious food. Finding the right ingredients, the right spices, and the perfect timing is an enjoyable puzzle. Hand in hand with this is some serious gym time. There has to be a balance for all the delicious food somehow. 2. When people hear that I was home-schooled as a child, they often don’t believe me, or conversely, they claim that they could tell. I never know what to say to either of those things. 3. If not cooking or gymming, you’ll find me outside, most likely with a book in hand.
